How To Get My Best Body Fast!

Isn't that what we all would like to do? Get my best body fast!!

Everything in life today is fast paced. Everything is instant! Am I right? But is this always a good thing?
In the process we tend to neglect some important things....because we do not have the time. Until one day I realize that one of the most important things being neglected is.... my body!

We suddenly realize being overweight. We are are constantly tired. We lack energy....etc.!

Now for the quick fix! I mean, it can't carry on like this, right? And there is an instant solution for everything!!

We need to realize (depending on the degree of neglect as well), our bodies didn't end up the way it is now in a matter of a week. Yet we want to fix it in a week. Bad news? No, not at all!!!

I just want us to stay focused and realistic! Don't rush into something which is going to cause more harm, turn into a dangerous cycle of losing weight, gaining more weight, losing again etc......! Stay calm! It can be done fast as well, but stay realistic and do it safely! Be careful of going on popular "low carb" diets.

If I can use your car as an example. It would not run on an empty tank, right? You would not expect it to. You also take proper care of your vehicle. I can already hear you: "What do you expect? Do you know what I paid for it? I have to take care of it!" And your body? What is the value of your body? How many bodies can you get in your lifetime? Yes, only one, and it's going to have to last you for as long as you live!  So we might start taking care of it in a proper way.

But by taking the route of cutting carbohydrates, and burning more calories than what we take in, and not knowing what we do, we may end up with more problems than what we bargained for! That is like running your car on an empty tank. You are starving your body. Your body now goes into defensive mode in order to survive. You get hunger pangs, because your body is trying to tell you something. Eventually, your will power fades away, and you give in. You are hungry, so you eat to much! Your body doesn't know what is happening, and still being in defensive mode, start storing the nutrients as fat. You end up in a worse state than before the diet. I won't go into the technical nitty gritty's as to how this happens now, because that is not the subject of this article. My purpose for this article is to let you know there is a way of doing it, but do it right!

The good news is, it can be fun too! It also doesn't have to take that long if you just do it the right way! It is all about taking care of your body, and to develop a healthy lifestyle. Start by relaxing. Don't always be in such a rush! Are you pressed for time? So by tensing up, skipping meals, rushing all over the place, having to come back sometimes and do it over again, you actually gain time? I don't think so.

So by calming down you get things done properly the first time, and whallah, you actually saved some time! You have time to have a meal. and by slowing down while enjoying your meal, you actually realize for the first time what you are eating. And because you slowed down, your body will now realize sooner that you are actually satisfied, so you don't eat that much (or that long). I guess by now you know what's next. Before you realize what has happened, you have lost some weight!!!!

Your health will start improving, because your stress levels are coming down. You won't be so bad tempered anymore, because you calmly go through your day, without rushing everywhere. You will get all the nutrition you need, because your body gets the opportunity of absorbing and utilizing everything it needs. You won't get those dizzy spells anymore, because you won't be hungry all the time.

So why don't you get some expert guidance on eating habits, mindsets, and healthy living?! Learn how to strip that fat as quickly as possible, without stress and with permanent results!

In short: "Get your best body fast". But do it right the first time, and it will last forever! Click the link below to see how!

What Do Carbohydrates Do? It's Time To Find The Truth!

All the time we hear about "carbo - loading", "low carb diets", etc...

Isn't it time we get the facts?

What is your goal? Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to gain
weight? Do you want to gain muscle weight, but lose fat weight?

First of all, let's realize that we do need carbohydrates.

We get our calories (energy) from carbohydrates. It is generally
accepted that most people should get from 45% to 60% of their calories
from carbohydrates.

Your three main building blocks are proteins, fat and carbohydrates.
Carbs are found in most all foods, except proteins and fats.

The basics that we need to know and understand, is that
carbohydrates are divided into two categories. These are simple carbohydrates and
complex carbohydrates.

Simple carbohydrates are found in processed foods, such as sugar, pasta,
white flour, fruits and dairy products.
In this category, we can separate it even further.
Simple carbohydrates need not necessarily be bad for you, as in the
sugar you get from fruit, vegetables and milk products are good for
energy.

Processed sugars like those found in table sugar, candies and carbonated
beverages, are often referred to as empty calories. During processing
they are stripped from all vitamins and nutrients, and will lead to
weight gain.

So needless to say, to enable you to control your weight, rather avoid
processed foods, and get your simple carb intake from foods such as
fruit, vegetables and milk products (such as eg. low fat yoghurt).
These are natural sources of simple carbohydrates.

Simple carbohydrates can be absorbed fast, which would cause higher
levels of blood sugar. This lets the body secrete insulin,
which causes the level of blood sugar to drop. This is what leads to those
short bursts of energy, just to drop back to even lower energy levels
than before. (This happens if you only take in simple carbohydrates)

To avoid those short bursts of energy, you need to balance your carb
intake with complex carbohydrates. These can be found in your least
processed foods.

This will be foods such as whole wheat products, whole grain cereals,
baked potatoes and brown rice.

Unlike the process with simple carbohydrates, complex carbohydrates are
absorbed slower. Thus there is no need for insulin secretion. Your
blood sugar can be maintained at a higher level, and you sustain
higher levels of energy over longer periods of time.

When energy is released at a fast rate in the body, the body will only
use what it needs. The rest will be stored as fat.

When your blood sugar levels are constant, and energy is released at a
slower rate, your body is constantly in "fat burning" mode, because
there is no need to store any excess.

If you have ever been on a “low carb” diet, now you know why you always
had that tired, sluggish and weak feeling. You do need your carbohydrates.
You just need to understand its function, and then use it wisely!
