I have been involved in martial arts for many years as a professional instructor. A healthy lifestyle was always important to me.
Yet, I also have very high regard for family life. My family do have the same values, but not everybody is into the martial arts. My level of involvement often took me away from home, I was working long hours, and could not really spend quality time with them.
Eventually, in 1999, I decided. to change my career, in order to get that time with my family. So I started living a "normal" life.
It has been quite a journey since then! I managed to stay alive, but the passion was missing. All along I knew there must be something I can do, where I can get up in the morning, and be excited about the work day.
I was never involved in anything regarding computers or internet, as there was no need for that, besides keeping records, and just the basic stuff. So needless to say, I knew nothing about internet or computers. (Still don't know that much to be honest)
At the beginning of 2011, I made the quality decision, that enough time has been wasted! Besides being able to spend that quality time with my loved ones (still a problem because of the working hours of my lovely wife), I needed to take action and find a way to get the passion back AND have quality family time. So I got introduced to the world of the internet!
I decided to start educating myself as far as it is concerned and took action. I am the first to admit, it can sometimes be quite a challenge, learning all this now, but it didn't take me that long to get back in touch with my passion. I soon realize, that through the internet, besides just enjoying a healthy lifestyle for myself, I can actually be of assistance to many people. I care about people, about their health, relationships and general well being. And the best of all, there are no geographical boundaries.
So here I am! Exited about starting every new day! By the Grace of God I believe it will grow by leaps and bounds.
I believe success comes from hard work, it is just so much more pleasant when you can enjoy the journey!
